Sparkwise automates live group learning
Sparkwise logo

Since 2021, I have been working as co-founder and CTO at Sparkwise (sparkwise.co).

Sparkwise automates live group learning — scaling up the active engagement people need to build skills in business, AI, and more.

We are focused on learning in the workplace (recognizing that "the workplace" now takes a lot of different forms) and offer a new type of online learning platform - based on multiplayer/collaborative active learning - to deliver impact at scale.
  • We build to inspire, with fast-paced group challenges that spark meaningful conversations.
  • We build for impact, with decades of expertise in how adults learn best and in the skills that matter to lives and careers.
  • We build for scale, to give anyone in any organization the power to learn anything, anywhere, anytime, together.
Since 2025, much of my own work has gone into Sparkwise Architect, a tool that I built for designing custom learning modules. Architect takes a module from a rough idea to a session that's ready to run in hours-to-days (rather than weeks-to-months.)
