Since 2021, I have been working as co-founder and CTO at Sparkwise (sparkwise.co).

We are focused on learning in the workplace (recognizing that "the workplace" now takes a lot of different forms) and offer a new type of online learning platform - based on multiplayer/collaborative active learning - to deliver impact at scale.

  • 12/2025 - Sparkwise Insights reports can now cover 5x as many sessions as before.
  • 11/2025 - Significant performance improvements on AI chats in session.
  • 10/2025 - Extended communications settings to enable customizations at the cohort level.
  • 09/2025 - Introduced LMS-embeddable self-registration forms.
  • 08/2025 - Introduced robust AV troubleshooting tools.
  • 07/2025 - Introduced self-service pre-flight tech-check, account bulk-upload now supports up to 10,000 new accounts per CSV.
  • 06/2025 - Introduced cohort focus tools for admins and sessions with multiple timeslot options for globally-distributed clients.
  • 05/2025 - Launched nested sub-accounts for partners supporting multiple client organizations
  • 04/2025 - Completed second annual SOC 2 Type II audit
